HC- series  model oil distillation machine is auxiliary equipment to process the rubber pyrolysis machine end products for fuel oil . The handle capacity is 25tons/24hours/set. Covers area 260 square meter , total weight 50mt ,highest height is 7500mm, electricity consumption is 83KW/Hour .

      This machine characteristic as follow :

(1) : Save manual: Environmental pollution-free. Equipment adopts sealing distillation, negative pressure distillation, simple and practical. Raw materials used oil pump to feed automatic , one person can operate after run smoothly.The equipment  mainly used natural gas and its pyrolysis oil gas to provide heat source, through their purification system of processing to achieve pollution-free emission standards.

(2) Big handle capacity :Due to the adoption of new technology (distilled material recycle in distillation device ), to increase capacity, improve the work efficiency.

(3) Low energy consumption :After the normal production their pyrolysis oil gas heated enough to use, therefore, the greatest degree to reduce the fuel cost and almost no longer add additional heating fuel.Equipment overall heat preservation effect is good, less heat, electricity power stable low energy consumption.

(4) Equipment operation stability: The equipment of distillation kettle main part adopts beam type support . size can be compensated effectively, the key spares have metal filling pipe, therefore, reducing the damage points, solve the user is not stable at the time of the equipment operation.
